Cleanup document libraries

The information library maintained by the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is the most complete source of studies and investigations.  DTSC is one of the three regulatory agencies that oversee environmental cleanup at Alameda Point.

The information library maintained by the Navy has the Restoration Advisory Board (RAB) meeting minutes, as well as various newsletters, fact sheets, overviews, and documents that may not be on the DTSC site.
